LINER
LINER
Natural liner is manufactured using 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) raw material without any recycled content. It is completely pure, safe, and suitable for food-grade applications. Natural liners usually have a transparent or milky white appearance and do not have any smell or contamination. They offer high strength, flexibility, and excellent moisture resistance, making them ideal for protecting products from humidity and external damage. Because of their purity and durability, natural liners are widely used for packaging food grains such as rice, wheat, flour, sugar, salt, pulses, and spices. They are also suitable for fertilizers, chemical powders, and export packaging where product safety and quality are very important.
Semi natural liner is manufactured using a mixture of virgin and recycled material. It is a more cost-effective option compared to natural liners and is mainly used for non-food and industrial applications. Semi natural liners may have a slightly dull or light transparent appearance and offer medium strength with good moisture protection. Although they are not recommended for high-quality food-grade use, they provide reliable protection for industrial materials. These liners are commonly used in packaging fertilizers, cement, chemicals, mineral powders, and other non-food products. Semi natural liners are preferred when cost saving is a priority while still maintaining reasonable strength and performance.
